Shipping ceramics is a matter of trust. To ensure your new favorite pieces arrive undamaged, I place the utmost importance on secure and careful packaging.

📦 Our packaging: Safe & Sustainable
I want to ensure that the ceramics remain intact, and also to protect the environment. Therefore, I avoid plastic as much as possible.

• Break-proof: Each piece is individually wrapped in protective paper and placed "floating" in the box with cushioning material. This prevents impacts from damaging the contents.
• Environmentally friendly: I use paper tape and organic cornstarch chips for packaging.
  Reused material : Out of love for the environment, I also use well-preserved, used cardboard boxes.

🚚 Shipping: Fast & Trackable
We ship climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen .

• Processing time: Since I pack everything myself, your package usually leaves 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment.
• Shipment tracking: As soon as the package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you know exactly when your ceramics will arrive.
